yup definantely the white lonely mark to the right . The other three marks are for adjusting your ignition timing.

Re: which line on the crank pulley is TDC??? (blackeg)
So the alone white mark on the crank should be aligned with the marks for setting the t-belt and cam gear? I set the red mark with the alignment mark when I changed the timing belt and put an aft market cam gear on. Could that be why my car is throwing a code 8 - TDC position code? My car runs fines and I've check ignition timing and cam timing doesn't seem to be off.

ok.well somebody help me here. whats the difference in these marks? i had the cam out and dizzy out cuz the head was resurfaced. set the cam gear to TDC on the marks. put the dizzy in where it was when it came out (made sure it was to #1)
take the crank pulley off and timing cover off. the arrow on the block lined up with the only mark on the crank (which puts the pulley dead on the red middle mark with the timing cover). instal timing belt making sure nothing moves. start it up. timing is retarded like 3" from the mark on the timing cover. everything is stock engine wise (timing things) only thing is i have a greddy blue box.
