Default crank hp and wheel hp

I have 3 questions.
I want to know the approx. hp % loss to the wheel with hasport mounts.
The setup is
JDM H22a closed deck block.
Standard size Type S pistons
Cometics thin head gasket
Skunk2 Stage 2 cams
Skunk2 Valvesprings
Skunk2 High Comp (standard size) Valves
Skunk2 Retainers
HONDA Valve seals
HONDA Cam seals
HONDA Rod and crank bearings
HONDA Oil pump
HONDA Water pump
HONDA Manual tensioner conversion
HONDA timing belt
HONDA Distributer (new)
ADCCO 11# Flywheel
HONDA Oilpan
Chipped P13 ecu
IAB plate removed, and it has a IL4 70mm TB

Is 210.7 hp and 163 ft pounds possible with this setup?

What is the pros and cons of removing your IAB plate?

I want to replace my existing motor inside my 92 eh2(hatch) with that one. The seller claims that they got those #'s with a bolt-on setup similar to mine.

thats very possible since a stock JDM H22A is;
200Hp 161Trq 10.6 Compression (JDM)

I would actually think it would be higher then 210.7/163
