Default h22a 200+ whp setup?

I want to know the approx. hp % loss to the wheel with hasport mounts.
The setup is
JDM H22a closed deck block.
Standard size Type S pistons
Cometics thin head gasket
Skunk2 Stage 2 cams
Skunk2 Valvesprings
Skunk2 High Comp (standard size) Valves
Skunk2 Retainers
HONDA Valve seals
HONDA Cam seals
HONDA Rod and crank bearings
HONDA Oil pump
HONDA Water pump
HONDA Manual tensioner conversion
HONDA timing belt
HONDA Distributer (new)
ADCCO 11# Flywheel
HONDA Oilpan
Chipped P13 ecu
IAB plate removed, and it has a IL4 70mm TB
Is 211 hp and 163 ft pounds possible with this setup?

I want to replace my stock h22a engine for this one.

No, learning to convey sarcasm through a messageboard on the internet is a lost art.
