Crank Girdle
Will a GSR crank girdle fit on a B20 for CRVTEC? If so what else will I be able to use off my GSR bottom end that will be best for my B20 (oil pump, pickup tube, water pump? oil pan?) Thanks for the help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A gsr girdle will fit a b20 block with modifications, but you'll also need to use the gsr pickup, oil pan, windage tray, etc.. to make everything fit. the gsr oil pump is the same as a b20 so no advantage there. i wouldnt advise using the gsr water pump, unless you'll be turning lots of Rs with that b20, but remember, if you use the b20 water pump, use a b20 timing belt, and vise versa.
good luck,

Can I use the shorter main cap off my B18C or will it not work on the B20. I'm trying to get around milling but if i have to that's what i'm goin to do.

well, im not sure if the b18c caps fit in a b18a/b/b20, but if they do
you would have to have them align honed so that they match the journals on
the block.
rainforest: if you just use the b18c girdle then you have to mill down the #3 main
cap on the b18a/b/b20 to fit it properly.
