i was changing my oil yesterday and noticed a mount that mounted the header and the block. its silver and mounts the header and the block with two bolts. i noticed a crack on it. does anyone know the name of this part? is it easily replaceable?

 

Are you talking about the header support bracket? If so its easy to replace and shoudlnt be too much. On a side note mines not even connected and have no trouble.

 

so is it called the header support bracket? i can order that at the dealer right?

 

Thats what I've always called it, jus go to honda and they'll bring up the diagrams of the exhaust system and you should be able to point it out.
