Cracked Headers Possibly Causing Cylinder Mis-Fires?

My friends ride is throwing the codes (I forget exactly which) for cylinder mis-fires on two and three... his header is slightly cracked and we're wondering if this could possibly be the reason for the light.

No, It cant cause a misfire. Try checkin the plug wires to see that they are in good shape, plugs, cap, rotor.
