One day i has driving down rt1 south in mad traffic. im in first gear we start moving and i go to pull 2nd as soon as i pull outa first the shifter drops to the ground im like wtf? the **** linkage came off, i pulled over to the side of the road and put a loose bolt from in my car to hold it up till i got home. i start movin again when at about 45mph it falls off again but this time since i was going faster the shift linkage going inside the transmission fell out hit the ground bounced back up and cracked the case where the linkage goes in. its a hydro gsr tranny i just rebuilt my motor for boost and now im ready to build the trans. other than reverse giving me a problem sometimes...the trans is smooth, can i buy a ls trans swap the case and the 5th gear or final gear over?
