crack in my housing
i have a lil crack in my tranny housing, i have to fill up my tranny with fuild often. what the differnt beweent motor oil and tranny fuild really? im asking Bc i was thinkin all like a thicker oil to my tranny

The Honda tranny fluid has additives that are not in motor oil.Using a higher weight oil will make it shift poorly especially when cold.Welding is the best fix but many people have drained the oil,clean the area really well and use JB WELD epoxy to fix the crack.

This is true. It will suck until it gets warmed up. I would try to drain the fluid and JB Weld that shut.
