Default a couple of different problems help please

Ok so this weekend I think I am going to spend a day(maybe 2) fixing a bunch a little **** thats been bugging me for a while that I have been to lazy to fix. All on 99 Civic Si with 95k miles

1. Window. Passenger side window keeps coming off the track. The rubber it runs up with on near the mirror keeps getting pushed up also. Finally it came off the track really bad the other day. Tips on getting it back on? Also how could I keep that little rubber deal in place?
2.I want to do a basic tune up. I am prolly a little past due on this one. I am thinking plugs, cap, and rotor, change other various fluids, and possibly even change the tranny fluid as its been along *** time since I have done it last. Anything else I should consider doing? Anything I should really not mess with as its most likley OK?
3. I really think I need a valva adjustment. Its pretty loud, and I have personally never had it done allthought it may have been done before I bought the car with 35k miles. How can I check to see if it needs to be done? Can I do it myself with basic mechanical knowledge?
4. I know I have asked on this one a couple of different times and I know I am kind of vauge which is prolly why I havn't gotten a good answer yet.
Anyways. My car produces quite a bit of white(as far as I can tell) smoke under heavy throttle, mostly once I am into vtec and beyond. It has been losing a decent amount of oil provided I am into the throttle quite a bit. I thought the valves were sticky so I used to GM Top Engine Cleaner which seemed to help breifly but now its back to its old tricks. I use Marvel Mystery Oil quite often in my gas tank also with little help.
So I am thinking that the rings could just be fucked? Or could a headgasket problem account for the smoke and loss of oil? No overheating or anything along those lines.
I had a bad 3 to 2 misshift about a year ago and feared that could have caused the rings to go screwy but the problem I am talking about did not start until several months later.

Any help would be fantastic.

EDIT:
Also what is the sensor on top of the TB? One of the wires connected to it is broken and I fixed it for now with some extra wire to keep it connected. When it comes loose the car wont run at all. What is that sensor?

Every Honda I'm in has window problems, except my friends 04 civic but his tints get ripped somehow...
