Default Counterbalance Shaft?

Good Morning guys, Recently bought a 98 CR-V cheap, and am in the process of doing some LONG overdue maintenance.I have purchased the Timing belt Component kit,but Rockauto shows a Counterbalance belt for the same motor.
My Alldata makes no mention of the shaft,or replacement of the belt.
Havnt dug into it yet,but IS there a counterbalance shaft in this motor?

1998 CR-V EX Automatic,AWD

Thanks guys...I got the valve cover off,and looked down in it...didnt see one.
Of course had to order the "special tool" to keep the the crankshaft from turning while extracting the bolt.Should be here late this week.
Wish me luck for next weekend!

if this is your first b20 timing belt your doing use the holes in the cap #1 to lock those cams in place its very rare but i have seen on a few instances where the cam slipped spun around and kissed a valve on the piston, thats the only trick to doing those.

If youre talking about the rod cap..I havent pulled the pan. This powerplant has 148,000 showing, and the belt says "Honda". Since I have absolutely no prior maintenance records on it I can only assume its the original belt.If there is a way to "lock" the system in place to get that darn bolt out otherwise,Im all ears.Borrowed the Son in laws air compresser to see if the 1/2 inch impact would do the job,but no joy. Thanks for the reply!
