Default correction rates

when your tuning correction rates on the vafc, is the negative causing the computer to think that there is more vacuum pressure which allows more fuel to the motor?? i see a correction rate listed -/+ by the rpm.

- = less fuel
+ = more fuel

If I were to run 440cc injectors on my turbo ZC with safc id run appx -40%, lowers the pulse length.
