Default Converting to Vtec

okay ive heard its possible, but i know nothing about honda motors. ive been thinking about buying this motor.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...photo

160 hp for 500 bucks vs the h22 im looking at, 200 hp for 1000 bucks.

but its not vtec, so what all does it take to convert to vtec? and then what would it put my hp at? or would it be cheaper to just buy the vtec h22 for 1000.

keep in mind i have to buy a ecu no matter which i go, and i have to build a custom wiring harness no matter what motor i go with. basically looking for the cheaper rout, im not going to care about 10 hp or what not.
