I've searched and tried to find the solution but I can't seem to find a solution? I had that dreaded revving problem that revved up and down on idles so I changed out my TPS today. I put a new one in and now it just idles at 2.5k. I guess it's an improvement from the constantly revving up and down on idle. I'm gonna go clean out my IACV tomorrow with throttle cleaner and I guess check for leaks or something again. Is there any other suggestions out there for what I can do? Also where do I clean the IACV? I heard you spray into the side without the screen?

Yes it would, but its very easy to fix anyways. There are two 10 millimeter bolts holding down a gold colored egg shaped plate. These bolts face the firewall and are just under the throttle body. Remove the bolts and plate. You will need a pretty short flathead screwdriver at this point. Tighten the large plunger piece in with the flathead screwdriver. Replace bolts/plate.
