Default Comptech Icebox with AEM Short Ram?

I did a search but came up with nothing. Anyone know if I will be able to use an AEM short ram with a Comptech Icebox?

I I recall correctly the short ram is a little longer than the stock air pipe. It may work but you may have to trim it or get some fittings to make it work right. You can use the stock rubber pipe with an Icebox if you have one.

Otherwise I would compare the AEM to the stock and see if the end of the stock pipe is in the same place as the AEM. The pipe diameter has to be the same as well. If the comptech foam filter will fit on the AEM you should be able to make it work with a little persuasion.

Thanks for the info. Anyone else? My car is still stock. The intake is what I'm shopping for. I don't want to take the chance of my car sucking in water from a CAI. That's why I wanted to see if I could use an AEM short ram with Comptech's Icebox. Have the best of both worlds.
