What motor? If not internally stock, what compression and cams? If you have time before you take it into Honda and you have or know someone that has a leakdown tester do that first... That' should give you an idea on why your #4 is so much lower than the rest... Few more details will help tho, Good Luck... Peace

B16 stock internals

I keep noticing oil on the fuel rail and around the valve cover and headgasket more towards the #4 side.

It's strange you're seeing it on the fuel rail, this most likely means a couple of things... Either some oil got splashed on it from somewhere else (more unlikely) or you're valvecover gasket, etc. may be leaking... Are you noticing oil dripping down the front of the block? If so, your head gasket may be bad... Like I said the easiest way to diagnose everything would be to run a leakdown test... Air leaking out of the IN manifold would tell ya that you have bent intake valves, air out of the EX manifold (bent exhaust valves)... These are both unlikely but it's part of a leakdown test... Excessive air coming out of the breather on the valvecover or out of the crankcase (pull out dipstick)... While the cylinder is pressurized take off the radiator cap, is the coolant bubbling?? That would represent a blown headgasket... If you already know all of this sorry, I'm just bored and I don't feel like doing homework now... Good Luck again!

I think the oil on the rail is coming out of the valvecover breather. I did notice a light vapor coming from the breather. Guessing it is rings now, but the car isn't smoking. I'm driving it to a performance shop Friday to get some help.
