Default stock b16 compression

whats the stock compression supposed to be at? i did a test and it came out to be 180ish across all 4 cylinders. my car burns about a half quart of oil per 250 miles or so... it blows smoke out pretty bad sometimes. i changed the valve seals and piston rings but it didnt help. the smoke? any ideas of what could be wrong?

valve guides might also be worn out and a bit oversize, but there's not too much besides the things you replaced that causes burning oil. Probably your break-in procedure wasn't good, or if you had to get rough with the seals to get them on they may have been damaged.
