Cold Start
I have a 2000 Civic with a JDM GSR in it. I am running a p72 ecu. Car has been swapped since around April- So this is my first winter with the motor.
My problem is when I start my car in the extreme cold after a few days of it sitting, It turns over and idles at about 900 rpms, and after about 30 seconds, slowly makes its way to 1600 rpm or so.
Anyone have insight on why it idles so low (at first) on a cold start?
Thanks!

Try adjusting the throttle screw. The IACV duty is obviously being increased to compensate for a lack of airflow in order to get it to the target idle for cold start.
