Default setting cam gears ls/vtec?

What would be the best/safest place to set cam gears on a ls/vtec with pr3's and ctr cams?

I would agree. CTR (b16b) cams are pretty aggressive, but still came stock in a N/A factory-warrantied vehicle. I would just stick them to factory until you can get to a proper tuner and a dyno, like rick rabies said. Best of luck!
