Default Cold radiator upper hose

I let my car warm up and all drive it for a little while. Park it and check the upper radiator hose, and it is kinda cold still. Why??

check to see if the coolant is toped up in the rad first. then maybe bleed the air out of the system.

sounds like your low on coolant and/or there is air in the system.
