Default cold air intake

I just recently swapped a b16a into my 95 civic ex coupe. I am using a cold air intake that i had on the d16z6. Now the internal diameter of the intake is 58mm and the throttle body on the b16, correct me if i am wrong, is 60mm. Is the 2mm difference between the intake piping and the tb going to decrease performance?
Honestly, do you think that i would gain anything from getting a new cai, one with a larger internal diameter piping, like a AEM or Injen....or would it just be a waste of money?
