Obd1 motor w/obd1 harness and dizzy

Code 9 pops up 3mins into warming up.

When I had the same motor and setup in my hatch it never had this code. The plug near the crank pulley was never plugged in.had no problems til now. I tried the bypass trick:

Didn't work at all. Am i gonna have to get a new dizzy? Anything else I can do or check before buying a new one?

 

Code 9 isn't the CKF by the crank, its in the distributor. There's no bypass for that.
