Code #43 and other shit. Need some help.

Code #43 and other ****. Need some help.
The story is the car's running like ****. Del sol, D16Z6.
Weird "exhaust noise" from engine bay. (could be bad exhaust idk)
Car runs like ****. Loss of power. Bogging. Smells bad. Seems like running rich. Car wont go past certain RPM very easily. Misses
I think #43 is heated O2 sensor or bad ECM. Well the O2 sensor has been replaced. Here are the steps I took
1. Install O2.
2. Plug in.
3. Plug in negative lead of battery
4. Drive car (check engine pops up again)
5. Pull ecm fuse and cross fingers
6. drive (check engine again.)
SAME ****. I really need some help!

NM! it's my fuel system! I just blew $71 on the o2 sensor.
Fuel pump, filter, regulator and injectors. 1 of those 4.
