scenario: 90 crx si engine, ecu throwing code 4 (CKS sensor/ crankshaft position sensor)

what does this mean?

sounds like you need a distributor sub-assembly or one from a junkyard. Does the light come on a few seconds after starting or does it come on and stay on with the key on ngine not running?

the CEL is off when i start the car, idles for about 20 seconds then the CEL comes on, then it starts idling very poorly and then shuts off.
