Code 21
1995 D16Z6 just swapped in. I fixed a code 22.
Now when I get into vtec rpm range I get code 21. Once I turn off the car and back on its gone. All connectors are getting proper voltage/ohms. Oil is new and full. Any ideas?

I'm guessing my redneck wiring job is to fault...
Once I have my stage colder plugs to stop my pinging problem, I'll solder my wires to the solenoid and see what that does.
G Money, When we get code 21 only when its in vtec range, and its resetting when the car is off it is supposedly an intermittent problem. So check your connections, and oil level/condition and see if you can find something there. Let me know if you figure it out! O and clean the solenoid screen too.
