was driving my 99 gsr tonight and my cel came on, it won't let me accellerate past 5k rpm and cel code 22 which is my vtec pressure valve

has anyone had this problem and if so what steps did you take to fix it?

maybe you are low on oil...

oil was the first thing i checked when i stopped the car and it seemed fine, was at wot as well
