Default Code 15 Problem ?

I have code 15 (Ignition Output Signal)
missing or defective ignition output signal
what should i check?

12v power to the distributor?
Distributor itself?
Ignitor?

Got spark? If so, then the stuff above is OK.

distributor wiring harness?
wires from there back to the ECM?

Jim is right on all of his suggestions. Code 15 is a bitch to track down. Are you having any starting/driving problems? I would check:
1. 12v to distributor (should be black wire)
2. Resistance in coil
3. Test the igniter
4. Test the - wire off the distributor (ECU ground) for continuity
