Code 15 ignitor coil help!

Code 15 ignitor coil help!
All i did today was change the oil.. redo my switch to the fan and added a inline fues for the fan... and put a new rotor in .. and then my car wouldnt start.. then i threw code 15.. so i got a new coil set up and installed it.. and still wont start.. its late and i only let it crank about 3-4 times .. but i cleaned off all the connections, the very few that there where, checked my fueses and everythign is in the right place.. any help on this would be great
