Default Code 15 ingnitor / coil

All i did today was change the oil.. redo my switch to the fan and added a inline fues for the fan... and put a new rotor in .. and then my car wouldnt start.. then i threw code 15.. so i got a new coil set up and installed it.. and still wont start.. its late and i only let it crank about 3-4 times .. but i cleaned off all the connections, the very few that there where, checked my fueses and everythign is in the right place.. any help on this would be great.. iam running h22 ek wit p28

is this a stock coil or msd setup,possible a loose wire or bad coil

I threw a code 15 a while back, it turned out to be my ignition switch. Make sure you have battery voltage at the + side of the ignition coil.
