Default code 14

well im throwing the code 14 and i think i finally found out. the iacv has been replaced 2 times and checked so i know it works. but check this. today i was messing with my car, and when i turned the idle screw(which is by the TB) the higher i tried to turn up the idle the louder the vacum leak sounded. and visa versa. so i wonder if its that the vacum leak is at the TB. im going to take it to a mechanic to find out. unless you guys have opinions
