Default IACV/Code 14 issues

I have a 2000 Civic Si and I have been having issues with the IACV/code 14. Under most normal conditions there is no issue whatsoever and she drives like a gem. However, I notice that the idle is somewhat high at around 1050rpms or so. A couple times lately I have started the car up and let it idle for a while walk away and come back to a code 14. On those occasions I check it, and try to drive and it drives as if the MAP is [freak]ed up especially between shifts. Checked the code, so I pulled the IACV cleaned it and it still idled wonky. Replaced it and it still idled somewhat high so I adjusted the throttle screw and still had the problem. Now, I know that code 14 can mean things other than the IACV itself (things such as vacuum leaks, TPS, etc) but I have checked those and everything has the right voltage etc. I am using a AEBN Typhoon IM w/ OEM b16a2 unported TB though, and I am wondering if this is remotely an issue. The other thing that I could consider it being is that my intake air temperature sensor is in the AEM intake but there is no rubber grommet holding it in the hole, just some elecrtical tape (don't ask). Could this remotely be an issue causing this? The valve cover breather is also not attached to the intake but the hole in the intake is plugged. Suggestions? Thanks.

i would take it iacv out..clean it with brake cleaner and put it back in..sometimes it builds to much carbs up in the manifold and could possibly make the sensor come on..i have that problem on my 95 ex and i cleaned it..now i have code 10 and 15..one thing at a time..see if it works
