Default Clutch/tranny problem

So I just installed a new clutch (ACT extreme pp, organic disc correct codesfor my integra) and new bearings on the tranny main shaft, and I've done it 3 times by now!! I can switch through all the gears with the car off, but when I turn it on I'm locked out of everything except reverse which grinds to much to make we wanna try to get it in gear. I took it to a shop and they think everything looks fine. Hydraulic system looks good, clutch pedal feels good and stiff, the clutch fork looks like it has travel. Any ideas what the problem might be?

You sure you have all the air out of the lines?

Does it grind if you TRY to put it in gear with the car on? Put more pressure on the stick and see what happens. Don't actually put it in, but see if there's a grinding.

Or does it physically not go in, like you're hitting a wall?

Stupid question: Are you sure the linkages are installed correctly? Lined up and whatnot?

Did you torque in the presser plate correctly?
