transmission problem - clutch?
there are a lot of threads about this. im pretty sure its the clutch but i just wanna make sure. its a jdm itr tranny with lsd. about 6k miles from me.. 25k miles from previous owner.
CAN go into gear with car off. clutch pedal feels soft, easy to push in. car ON, wont go into gear wat so ever.
so turned off car, put it in first, started and jumped like crazy, like its about to stall. then i try to move, its LOOKS like i was driving manual for the first time, hopping everywhere.
solution... i bled the clutch slave cylinder... clean, no bubbles, no leaks. took tranny off last night... the clutch looks ok but i havent taken the pressure plate off yet.
i already got a new clutch waiting with the throwout bearing and the other one... forgot the name.
any other bearings or seals i should look at while the tranny is out? dont wanna put the clutch in and find the same problem.
thanks

'Cause a seized pilot bearing might cause the trouble.
Normally I'd guess first you should bleed your clutch, but you already did that.
