clutch problem? throw out bearing?
i just recently put a clutch specialties in my h22. the install went fine, but now when i try to engage the gears it gives me a hard time...i have to kinda force it in gear...when the car is off it goes into gears smoothly, i know that indicates a clutch problem..but its brand new...maybe the throw out bearing isn't working how it should? theres no noises comeing from tranny, the clutch grabs good...fluid is up to par...hmph
no replys??? well an update anyway, i dropped the trans, and everything seems to be a-ok...i think the throw out bearing is gettin stuck, my clutch pedal would get pressure about half way done, i changed the master cylinder b4 i dropped the trans and still nothing, i know the slave cylinder is working...h,,
help please i want my baby running again =[

yea the clutch grabs right off the floor. no chatter or anything smooth engagement. it has zero miles on it nik something was the brand of the throw out bearing
try adjusting your clutch pedal. underneath the pedal, there is a push rod with a nut around it. right behind the fork. loosen it and rotate the rod counter clockwise to bring the pedal out some. it might take you a few tries to adjust it right but its fairly easy.

That looks a bit rough, considering it is an unsprung hub disc.
