Default Clutch not engaging

just installed new d16z6 in my buddy del sol. we also put a centerforce stage 2 clutch and pressure plate. this is my first time putting one in but i am confident i did it right. we start the motor up and then start driving down the street and everything was going fine then all of a sudden the clutch wouldnt engage but it has pressure. we have been bleeding it and everthing for a while. any idea what it could be cuase i dont want to pull it apart again im sick of it being in my driveway but i will if i have to

well, if your bleeding it the right way and the master/slave cyl. works; then you gonna have to take it apart anyways....

Before you tear it apart you can watch the throw-out fork while somebody pumps the clutch pedal. On my '95 Integra the outside end of the fork moves about 12mm, I suppose yours should do about the same?? If it doesn't, then maybe all you have to mess with is the hydraulic system.

Then tell us what you really mean by your question. You know you press the pedal down to DISengage the clutch...

Bump, Helping with this project also and just wanted it finished. When we Bleed the clutch, the pedle gets alot stiffer but then when you go to drive it, it doesn't go any where then the pedle feels like we need to bleed it again. anything thing would help

well problem solved when we were removing the axels it turns out that the drive axel was not in the tranny all the way, and when my friend drove the car it sheered the tip of the part that went in to the tranny. so we cleaned out the tranny and replaced the axel and that was it.
