Default Clutch lines.....?

ok heres the deal, i had my motor in my ek, and now that i crashed that shell, i took it all out and dropped it all in my new shell (dc2)

soo the hard line that came off the slave cylinder before wast gonna bolt up to the stock dc2 one. so i cut it in 2 spots, then i patched witha high pressure rubber hose. is that enough hose to make the clutch no disenguage at all? i mean is 18" of hose too much where the rubber might flex just enough to not work the slave enough? should i go an buy the complete clutch line assembly?

You did bleed the slave cylinder right? You should replace the steel line with another steel line. Doesnt have to be a preformed from the dealer either.

If you disconnect the line from the slave and depress the pedal does fluid come out? Are there any leaks where you patched the line?

Fluid is getting there but slave isnt moving, as long as its not losing pressure somewhere before the slave it seems like a bad slave cylinder.
