Default Clutch Issue

I recently replaced my clutch master cylinder and another problem surfaced. After bleeding the system, the clutch engagement point is where I would expect it to be, about 1/2 up the travel. After driving and the car heating up, the clutch petal engagement is about 1" from the top of the petal travel. You can open the slave and bleed off the pressure and its normal again, or let the car sit and cool, then its normal again. I replaced the slave thinking that might be it, but no go. Anyone ever heard of this? The car is a 95 Civic Coupe. Clutch is about 35k miles old and doesn't slip or give me any issues. Seems as though as the fluid heats up, it is now allowed to expand into the resivour tank, what could be blocking it?
