Default Clutch issue

I have a 1995 Civic Ex sedan w/ a B18c1/JDM 1996 ITR tranny. About every 20k or so Im having to replace my clutch because the springs in the disc keep comming out. The last time the spring ruined a JUN flywheel which isnt cheap.

I consider myself a better than average driver, I dont speed shift, or do any high rpm clutch dumps. Just regular driving and the occasional run to redline or a little street/track racing. Ive switched the brand of clutch, I had an ACT (which I liked) and went to an Exedy, and the same thing is still happening. Has anyone else had this problem? And maybe 5k or so before the clutch finally gives up I can hear a lot of rattling in the tranny area, sounds like the throw out bearing, or somethings out of balance. PLEASE HELP!

make sure you have the shaft greased up with bearing oil .. etc etc then put on your throw out bearing. make sure the flywheel isn't messed up and resurfaced before u put on a new clutch. and check the tourqe specs.
