Default clutch/flywheel HELPPPP

ok i have a y1 with a cm flywheel, and act clutch. when the car is idling thers a knocking sound, when i push in the clutch it quiets, but the noise is still slightly there. when im driving the knocking the continues, and there is a little vibration. when i down shift it seems like its having a hard time adjusting. Last the clutch isnt grabbing as hard as it should, it shifts but doesnt grad like it should. is my TO bearing, input shaft, or is there oil somewhere in the mix, what da deal ???
