Default Clutch Chirping??

I am currently looking at a b16 eg w/ ACT clutch. I'm not sure what stage it is or how many puck but when starting out in forward or reverse it makes a chirping noise but only when starting out.

The owner says it's normal but since I don't know anything about the clutch I figured i'd ask for h-t's opinion/answeres.

Is this normal or is there something wrong?

Didn't really understand that last sentance but is this something I should or shouldn't be worried about?

Mine does that same ****. Its emberassing as hell. I think its cause I glazed the hell out of my PP and flywheel. When I took it appart it was all wavy and crap. Still workes fine though. Just make that annoying sound.
