clunking noice...??>.??/>>? help!
at first i started hearing a faint clunking noise yesterday when i would let of the gas, now it is getting louder and happens everytime i let of the throttle, it seems to be comming from the front passenger side, its in a 2000 civic with a b18c swap, i think it could be my engine mounts, what should i look for?? i also just replaced my studs on the passenger side so i removed my hub and ripped all 3 boots and havent replaced them yet, but i dont think that would make a noice
yeah, i would check your lugnuts first, try the easy solution.
That happened to me one time after put on my exhaust, my friend said he would tighten the lugs for me, and he didnt do a very good job, and I guess it was the wheel "sliding" around with the small amount of play between the stud and the hole in the wheel.
good luck.
P.S. I wanna see your car soon, it looks tight as hell.
