it must be the lever..

check the lever's connections..

replace with a working lever

Could just be worn out and loose - the fan only working on high could be the blower motor resistor as well...

Well thanks guys, I did more digging and I found out that the ground cable of the blower motor was cut and reground using another cable?? Do no why they would do that? Could it be that the bypassed it due to the lever speed not working?

mabe they somehow bypassed lever becaused didnt funcion well
if the reground is well tightened or well wired to another ground you souldnt worry.

I would start with a used lever switch and than would make the wirings exactly as they should be with a proper wiring diagram

yeah but it looks more than wiring s...t stuff or lever.

i say this because it seems some previous owner has put his finger to the wirings...

It is a good bet the switch is bad and the PO wired the blower motor to ground so it would work, on/off and speed is controled by the blower speed switch/lever, full grounf for fast speed and through 1 or more resistors, [blower resistor] for the slower speeds,

It sounds like only the switch is bad and the blower resistor is good as the fast speed would still work if the problem was the blower resistor. 94
