the CKF sensor .....?
If you don't have a Helms manual and a multimeter, then about the only thing you can do is visually check fuses, the sensor itself, and its associated wiring. If this yields nothing, and you still don't have the above tools to troubleshoot properly, then replacing it is your next option.
The CKF is located by the oil pump. Do you have a CKF to begin with (as its obvious you have an ECU thats looking for it)?

Do you by chance know what year your motor is? If for some reason (say you have an OBDI motor, or someone took your CKFS) Honda lists the actual sensor at ~$115 and then another ~$65 for the CKFS gear... I've seen some motors come into the shop built by others where they have the sensor but someone has swapped the CKFS gear for a '95 and older one which does just as much good as not having the sensor... There are many possibilities on the pump itself but it could just be bad or not even wired in... Good Luck
