Default IAT sensor for P72. already searched...

i'm having massive problems trying to fix my CEL code 10. i've already rewired the sensor twice and swapped it to a slightly-used Accord IAT sensor. i thought that the ECU was bad so i swapped that also. the code still exists... i'm so damn frustrated and confused.. any ideas or help would be nice.. TIA..

btw, i have an OBD II P72 motor in a 96 EK...

~~edit~~~

also, i'm reading only 0.5V from pin D8.

Check to see that both wires for the IAT sensor are connected from the sensor itself all the way to the ECU... Perhaps one is shorting out or is disconnected somewhere.

Does the code come on right when you turn the key? Or does it come on after a while? make sure to reset the ECU after changing the sensors.

anybody know where the ground for the IAT sensor goes on the ECU? Is it D7?
