Icon3 civic trouble

I own an 02 Civic LX. This problem occurred this morning. I put the key in the ignition and tried to start it, but all i heard was a rapid clicking noise. The car turns on (lights radio etc) but the engine wont even try to turn over. I need help! Thanks.

yes battery issue, has enough power to turn on everything but not enough juice to turn over the engine, or you could have a corroded battery cable which can act the same way. look for corrosion around the terminals if none prolly just a low battery.
