Default civic/teg spring question?

Can someone clarify a nagging question for me? I know for a fact that spings/struts are interchangable between 92-95 civic and the 94+ integra.

"Would springs for the integra have higher spring rates that those for the civic?

due to the increased weight of the integra. I want the stiffest spring available w/o going to a coilover set up. eibach,h&r,neuspeed race ect. I will be using Koni struts

If you want the STIFFEST without going coilover, Go Eibach Race springs. They are made for Solo1/roadcource duty.
