Default chipping a p13

i know that you have to add jumpers and other components when chipping a p28 or a p30 but the p13 uses a different board....anyone know if i can just add in the 28 pin socket and modded chip or do i have to still add jumpers to it?

you just need to extract the stock 28 eprom chip, add a socket (if you want), then apply the newly programmed eprom chip. FYI, US P13 programs don't work on JDM P13 ecu's and vice versa.

And boy, is it ever fun getting a 28 pin EPROM out of that board...
