Default ECU/CHIP QUESTION...

I have a P08 ECU...I've been scouring the net for a ROM chip for it but all I come up with is mostly P28 chips...Will a P28 chip solder into the P08 ECU board????? It doesnt matter what program is on the chip, as I plan on flashing/burning my modified P08 ROM into it anyway. I just need to know if it'll fit..Any help would be appreciated!

Since the P08 is a JDM ECU I you will need a JDM P30 chip kit. Becasue you will need the surface mount parts to chip the ECU.
But the chip itself is the same for the P30/P08/P28/etc. It's the program in it that makes all the difference.

both very good guys to deal with.

if you just looking for the chip itself, search for a SST 27SF512, they are the current norm in rewritable chips.
