Default Chicago area shop for ring replacement?

hopefully this is the right forum to ask about this, done some searches but not finding a lot of information...

i have a 98 GSR, B18C with 102k miles. car runs strong and solid; comp came out 235-240 across all cylinders (but took about 12 cranks to peak). spark plugs always look normal at checks. car is going through about 1qt of oil per 1000 miles.

reading/researching has led me to believe this is the rings (prob the oil ring). i'd like to find a reputable, affordable shop/technician to give me their input and i'd like to find a shop that will do the ring replacement (if necessary) without pulling the engine out of the car.

input/references welcome.

additionally, places to get rings at a good price (i believe stock or equivalent should be sufficient) and thoughts on tossing in a set of ITR pistons while things are tore apart...

thanks guys!
