Default Chapping noise from under rocker cover.

Has the prelude 2.2 Vtec any adjustment under the rocker cover, or is it a case of changing the cam shafts if it gets to noisy?

I'm 90% sure that h22 engines can have their valve lash adjusted like all other honda engines, so yes, it should be

Either in need of a valve adjustment, or LMAs are bad.
