so when do you know when u need a valve adjustment? what exactly is the sound that you hear from the valve, i recently have some weird noise coming from the valve and mpg is losing a bit, so i was just wondering if i need to do a valve adjustment?

 

Yes if the noise is there after it might be the lmas if its a vtec motor
